We represent a number of private individuals, businesses and also government bodies in civil as well as criminal litigation. Our wide range of services include SLPs, Transfer & Writ Petitions, Matrimonial Disputes & domestic violence, Appeals, Recovery Suits, Cheque Dishonour cases and Narcotics Violations and many other disputes as the case maybe. We have been representig our clients before all the District courts in Delhi, the Delhi High Court as well as the Supreme Court of India for both civil as well as criminal dispiutes.
ARBITRATION/ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We actively represent clients in dispute resolution practices spread across litigation, arbitration, and various pre-dispute advisory assignments.
